Warranty & Return Policy

Warranty Coverage & Period of Coverage:
TractorMat Floormats offer a lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty against
Manufacturer Defects, i.e. faulty materials and/or unintended production
variations. By definition, a Manufacturing Defect is an unintended defect
in a product that causes a product to deviate from its intended design or
purpose.

Services Rendered & How To Obtain Warranty Service:
In the incident of a manufacturer defect, TractorMat will deliver the same
model of the product ordered in new condition. If the aforementioned
product model is discontinued, then the latest version of that product will
be sent. If there is no replacement in production the warranty is void. To
determine the approval of Warranty Service, please contact the retailer
from which you purchased your product. Fulfillment of Warranty Services
will be provided upon inspection of Floor mats.

Breach of Warranty Services:
This Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and excludes
damage caused by abnormal use or conditions, including but not limited
to, extreme abrasive conditions and/or repeated exposure to chemicals,
such as bleach, gasoline, or other corrosive substances.

Returns:

● All returned goods must be in their original state in new, resalable condition.
● 45 day return period
● Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
● All returns must have a valid RMA number issued by our customer service
department.
● Orders can be canceled only prior to shipment or the start of the manufacturing
process.
● Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is being
returned because of a definite error by TractorMat.
● Refunds will only be processed in the form of the original payment method. If you
change your bank or credit card and we can longer refund the original form of
payment then you will be issued store credit. Any forms of checks can not be
accepted or issued as credit. Store credit that is unused after 36 months will expire
and be reset.
● Custom logo mats can not be returned.
